These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Reimagine AI Inc. ("Reimagine AI", "we", "our", "us"). They govern your use of the SecondEcho platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is not intended for children or minors. You must not allow any person under eighteen years old to use the Service through your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may create a Digital Echo only for yourself. You may not upload voice, likeness, or personal data of any other person without their clear and documented consent.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.
You grant Reimagine AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
This license survives termination of your account to the extent necessary for backups, logs, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and other purposes described in these Terms.

We may remove or restrict content where required by law or for safety, security, operational, or investigative reasons.
You must not:
You consent to automated processing, transcription, analysis, logging, and generation of content by machine learning models. AI output may be inaccurate, unpredictable, incomplete, or emotionally impactful. Reimagine AI does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, safety, or appropriateness of any AI output.
You agree that interactions may be logged and retained for safety, fraud prevention, quality improvement, debugging, analytics, compliance, and service integrity. Logs may contain text, audio, images, metadata, transcripts, embeddings, model features, safety signals, error traces, and derived data. Certain logs and derived artifacts may remain after deletion where legally or operationally required.
All AI interactions are informational and expressive only. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice, nor crisis or emergency support. You must not rely on the Service for decisions affecting your health, safety, finances, relationships, or wellbeing. You accept all risk of emotional or psychological impact.
You are responsible for the security of devices, storage, networks, cloud backups, and password hygiene. Reimagine AI is not responsible for loss, exposure, corruption, or misuse of content resulting from device side or user side failures. You waive all claims arising from such failures.
You explicitly consent to transfer, storage, and processing of your data in countries with different or less protective privacy laws. Foreign governments may request access under local laws. You accept these risks.
The Service uses independent third party systems for hosting, analytics, speech processing, and AI inference. These providers operate under their own terms.
Your data may pass through or be processed by these providers. Reimagine AI is not responsible for their security, retention, deletion, training practices, acts, omissions, outages, or failures.
Reimagine AI disclaims all warranties relating to external systems. You use them at your own risk.
Fees, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are displayed at purchase. Refunds are provided only where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, harmful content, interference, or security risks.
When you delete your account:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties are given regarding accuracy, completeness, emotional impact, reliability, security, uninterrupted operation, preservation, retention, future availability, or errors arising from user actions or device failures.
Reimagine AI is not responsible for emotional distress, psychological impact, relational conflict, personal decisions, behavior influenced by AI output, or reliance on any information from the Service.
Reimagine AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, reputation, goodwill, or harm caused by AI behavior, third party providers, or unauthorized access due to user side security failures. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the six months prior to the event, or twenty dollars for free users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reimagine AI from claims arising from your content, misuse of AI, device or account failures, legal violations, or use of third party providers.
Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, in English, following the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted. Quebec consumers may bring disputes before Quebec courts instead.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
